What to include

• Video problem: the task ID from My videos, what happened, and whether the task shows failed or completed. A completed result that looks wrong can be reviewed, but is not automatically treated as a failed generation.
• Payment or refund: your order number, purchase date, and a short description. See the Refund Policy for eligibility and the difference between a credit return and a payment refund.
• Account or privacy request: write from your registered email address so we can verify the account. State whether you want access, correction, export, or deletion. See the Privacy Policy.
• Rights or content report: provide the relevant task or page link, the right you believe is affected, and a way to contact you.

Please do not email passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive photos. We may ask for more information through an appropriate channel if it is needed to investigate. Payment provider or bank processing times are outside our control.
