How Tiny Desk Video processes account details, uploaded photos, generated videos, payments, and support requests.

Last updated: 2026-10-27

Tiny Desk Video is an independent AI video service. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@tinydeskvideo.com from your account email when possible.

Information involved in the service

We process your account details, including your email address; photos you upload; generation settings, task status, and finished videos; credit and order records; support messages; and logs needed to operate and protect the service. Uploaded photos may contain facial information. Please upload only photos of adults who have agreed to this use and that you have the right to submit.

We use this information to sign you in, check uploads, generate and deliver your video, maintain credits and payment records, respond to support requests, investigate problems, and protect the service. We do not use your photos to train our own models, and we do not sell personal data.

Providers and payments

The site uses SeeAPI for image moderation and Wan video generation. It sends the photos and task information needed to perform those steps to that provider. Files are stored using Cloudflare R2. The payment provider shown at checkout, including Waffo Pancake where available, processes payment information. We retain order and payment identifiers and amounts needed for billing and disputes; we do not store full payment card numbers. These providers handle data under their own policies. SeeAPI's data-handling guide describes its practices.

Cookies and local storage

Necessary cookies support sign-in and security. When tracking features are configured, the site asks for a cookie choice and keeps that choice in a first-party cookie so it can be changed later. Optional analytics and advertising storage depends on that choice; the tracking services in use depend on site configuration. The browser may also keep draft photo links locally so you can resume after navigation. You can change your cookie choice through the site's cookie settings and clear local browser data in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in.

How long data remains

Source photos are stored to perform a generation. After a task succeeds or fails, we attempt to delete our source-photo copies. Deletion can be delayed when storage is unavailable, and we cannot guarantee immediate removal after rendering. You may request removal of source photos by contacting us. Copies held by SeeAPI or other providers follow their own retention rules, so we cannot promise immediate deletion from their systems.

Completed videos remain in your library until you delete them or close your account, subject to records we need to retain. You can delete a completed video in My videos. Order, credit, security, and support records may need to remain for accounting, legal obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute handling. We do not promise a fixed deletion period where the applicable requirement or provider retention is not known.

Your requests and security

To request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data, email support@tinydeskvideo.com. We may verify your identity and explain any records we must retain. We use HTTPS and access controls to protect data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe a photo or video affects your rights, use the same contact address and include the relevant task or page link.
