Terms of Service

Tiny Desk Video is an independent AI video service. You must be at least 18 to use it. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service and your account

The tool turns one to four photos into a short desk-side performance video using a fixed reference and a configured AI provider. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Generation time and output can vary; availability may be interrupted for maintenance, provider problems, security, or legal reasons.

Photos, consent, and output

Upload only photos of adults who have expressly agreed to appear and that you have the right to use. Do not submit public figures, including athletes, coaches, celebrities, or politicians. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, sexual, violent, deceptive, or rights-infringing material. We may reject or remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules. Automated moderation may miss violations.

You permit us and the providers needed to operate the service to process submitted photos for moderation, generation, storage, and delivery. You keep the rights you lawfully hold in your inputs and outputs. We do not grant rights to anyone else's likeness, music, footage, or brand. Check those rights and the rules of the platform where you publish a result.

Purchases and credits

Video packs are one-time purchases, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The checkout shows the current pack, price, and currency before payment. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. A completed generation consumes its stated credits. If generation fails, the credits deducted for that attempt return to your balance. A different aesthetic result alone does not make a completed generation a failed task.

Refunds and problems

An unused pack may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Used credits are generally not refundable, subject to verified billing errors and applicable law. The Refund Policy gives the full conditions and request steps. For technical problems with a completed video, contact us with the task ID so we can review the issue. A payment refund is separate from a failed-task credit return.

Changes, disputes, and contact

We may change these Terms for future use of the service and will update the date above when we do. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Subject to applicable consumer protections, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
